How do I Recover or Change my Website Password?

Forgotten your login password

If you have forgotten your website admin dashboard (back-end) password, you can always click the “Lost your password?” link below the login area to reset your password.

When you click the link, you will be redirected to the password lost and found page. Please enter your “Username” or “Email Address” and click the “Get New Password” button to receive instructions via email on how to reset your password.

After submitting your username or email address, a “Check your email for the confirmation link” notice will be displayed as shown in the image below.

The email sent to you will contain your “username” and a “reset your password link”. If this email is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

Visit the reset password link: click (or) copy and paste the reset password link into your favorite web browser.

You will then be redirected to our “New password” page as shown below:

By default, a strong password is generated for you. However, if you wish to use your strong password you may enter it into the password field. Please follow the “Hint” below the new password field.

Or if you wish to have a different strong password, you can click on the “Generate Password” button.

Finally, click the “Save Password” button.

You will then be redirected to the login page with a notice indicating that your password has been successfully changed.

Your new password can now be used to log in to your website admin dashboard (back-end).

Change Your Password After Login

To change your account password, please follow the following simple steps:

Step 1: Access your user profile

Your “Profile” is accessible via the “website admin dashboard (back-end)”

To do this, Navigate to “Users -> Profile” in the main menu on the left of the page as shown below.

Step 2: You will then be redirected to the “Profile” page where you will be able to update your profile details. To change your password, scroll down the page until you reach the password section as shown below.

Click the “Set New Password” button, this will generate a strong password for you. However, if you wish to use your strong password you may enter it into the password field.

Finally, click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the page.

Your new password will be used to log in to your website admin dashboard (back-end).
