How to reactivate expired PayPal subscription/accounts
If your Caribonix account is successfully activated, we will automatically attempt to process payments which become due either monthly or annually; depending the term you selected at sign up. If the attempt to process this payment fails on the first attempt an email notification containing a link to update your subscription will be sent to your current email on file or used during sign up.
To provide you with sufficient time to correct any issues related to your payments we will automatically re-attempt to process the payments a second time 5 days later.
Manually update subscription/accounts
You can manually reactivate your account at any time. To get started, locate the email with the subject “Your Website Subscription Needs to Be Updated” in your email inbox; click on the “Subscription Update Link”. This will redirect you to our plans page where you will be prompted to sign in or log in.
Alternatively you can log in directly to your website Admin – How to log into Admin panel (website back-end).
Please enter your “username” and “password” then click the “Log In” button.
Cancel Subscription
Once this is successful, you will be presented with your account information. Navigate to the section which states “Cancel Your Subscription” and click the “Cancel Subscription” button as shown below.
This will cancel your current failed subscription thus avoiding any duplicate or errors in future billing.
Change Your Plan or Payment Details
Now you can easily reactivate your account/subscription by following steps on Activating your Caribonix.com Account.
