Embedding a Form in Page/Post
Before a newly created or existing form can be display on a Page or Post you will need to embed it into your selected page/post. To do this navigate an existing page/post which you desire to embed the form into then click on Edit or create a new Page/Post.
In the Page/Post Editor click on the Add Form button.
This will display the Insert A Form modal/popup window, select the form which you wish to embed/insert from the Select a Form dropdown.
Note: If the form you wish to embed/insert is not available in the dropdown list, please return to the Edit Forms page and ensure that your form is active.
After you have selected a form, you can specify the following options:
Display form title (Optional)
Check this option to display the form title or uncheck if you wish not to display the form title.
Display form description (Optional)
Check this option to display the form description or uncheck if you wish not to display the form description.
Enable AJAX (Optional)
Check this option to enable your form to be submitted via AJAX or uncheck to disable form submission via AJAX (recommended). Submitting a form via AJAX allows the form to be submitted without requiring a page refresh/reload.
Please note, due to limitations with reCAPTCHA, forms containing a reCAPTCHA field will not be submitted via AJAX even if this option is enabled.
Finally, click on the Insert Form button.
This will insert the form into the body of your page/post (remember to Save or Update your page/post).
